Dislikes

The Appraisal is not considered for only the work we are trained for. But they include the things which we are not aware to give ratings in our appraisal.

It is a core Software product of this company ( product based company ) . It is a tough challenge for new joiner as the whole product is a giant payroll calculator system . It's expansion is in and around 16 different countries. The product also distinguished with two types : EHR & Epayslip ( ESS ). The product is vast combination of javascript and java 8 . It's been a good platform for fresher to learn and explore the core architecture of product softwares....Read More

Dislikes

When it comes for the appraisal , you will be counted and judged based on your flaws by your delegates and not based on the contribution or achievements made till date. Politics is also one negative effects in this company . Baised judgement by managers , whom to give more appraisals.
