There is so much politics in the organization. Its kind of buttering your senior than you will get promotion and increment otherwise you are waste resource for the company. everybody follows blame game policy here.

1. The employees are really supportive. 2. They have clients into each industrial sector so you can get opportunity for working into each industry.

1. Salary & benefits are really terrible. No one is paid according to the work they do. 2. Incentive amount is never credited to your bank account. 3. Growth and hike are really slow. People working from so long haven't received any salary or designation hike. 4. Employees are asked to work aggressively but client's mistakes are never looked upon. 5. Poor management. 6.
