Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is little bit transparent but rely on Korean management. Canteen is satisfying. Company policies are quite satisfying, salary hike not fair but by doing overtime you can earn good money they don't give bonus because this company just started but if company performance well you get extra salary. You can get Chance to travel abroad for training and to set plant in other countries. I also got chance to work at Vietnam, china and turkey...Read More

Dislikes

There is lot of problems with shift schedule because it's a process plant. Salary is decent but you can earn money by doing overtime.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
