it is a good company for fresher becoz you have to do multiple role once u get responsibility. Some of matured staffs obviously they help us friendly. strictly follow 3c 5s.

There's nothing much to say good about the company in my point of view of course is everyone's thoughts the same. Good work environment. Teammates are supportive.

There is a lot of policys and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is also not decent as well as career growth is also Slow. There is no on job training. They straight away take you into shop floor irrespective of your degree of study. We only need to learn if we need to kn ow about the work....Read More

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the Job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me a get a taste of different roles within the same team.
