No job security After completing company task they will start with loss of pay. Automatically we resign the job. After resign they wont settle salary and oer. After 2month only they will give reliving order only.

Nothing to like here. They are not much into automobiles.There is two R&D guys in this Hykon’s . Morons even don’t know what is PFD , MCP &FMEA. There is no ethics in their business. I was persuaded to fire lot of employees arbitrarily , but as a person from Japanese methodology I preferred to harness our line members who is the heart of an organization . They believe only in hire and fire procedure. Hr is something as equal as dumbs , they just follow the foolish induction from top brass. Never join here . Never believe management staff here they only to take photos and make WhatsApp messages . No one knows about CAPA and 7 Qc method. And the pathetic things is that skill should be in colour excel sheet. 5S is the only one word they know from automotive field that also as a word....Read More

Horrible experience. Considering vendors as customer and customers as vendors. Everyone is keen on protecting their hot seat. In unit 5 there is one hr person there , she knows how to play politics and vandalise someone’s life.In one year of working in their auto segment 25 members has been resigned due to vicious nature of their ma nagement. Mr. R&D head knows how to smoke cigarettes (kaja beedi) and abusing and torturing employees in shop floor. All the best to Hykon ....Read More
