Well, it's an honour to be working with such a renowned and one of the finest Company. And undoubtedly it has help me a lot in the war against coronavirus. Especially if financial terms.

Although our hotel is one of finest hotels in the city, however I feel that there must be something which our management need to draw their attention on like ....... (1) Interdepartmental Coordination and all with other departments it need need to be improved in order to the smooth functioning of the operation. E.g. between "F&B Production" and Food Production because I have seen a lot of tussle between the both in the time of rush or when large no.of people out there to be catered. Management level is not good. No good leaders, never motivate the team. Never appreciate the hardworking and creative workers. HR also never support they employees, Always taking up for the management. Bad leaders and poor leadership spoils such a great Brand like Hyatt.
