Although our hotel is one of finest hotels in the city, however I feel that there must be something which our management need to draw their attention on like ....... (1) Interdepartmental Coordination and all with other departments it need need to be improved in order to the smooth functioning of the operation. E.g. between "F&B Production" and Food Production because I have seen a lot of tussle between the both in the time of rush or when large no.of people out there to be catered. But here I would like to add ,other departments have to respect of guest relations team and there's work. i felt some of department's not respecting and not helping GR team because they thought GR have no work they are there in lobby to only welcome guest but no it's not like that .it was not appropriate behaviour
