I joined Hyatt Regency Gurgaon in December 2012 it was a great bunch of people when we joined in preopening. General manager Mr Fedrico was a great leader therefore we all had a great experience till 2014. After him Mr Roger Wright took the lead as a general manager of the hotel, his style of working behaviour and and the leadership quality took the experience of the staff and guest to the next level. Year 2017 another General manager joined the hotel who spoiled the entire culture and team in just 3 months and in another words the hotel collapsed. Today I get a call from my old guest who use to visit that hotel shares a pathetic reviews about the hotel services. I feel sorry and ashamed that such a beautiful hotel has been turned in to a worst hotel in the city....Read More
