The word culture doesn't exist. 24/7 job, which by the way you take home with you every time you leave the office. Few managers there made our lives miserable.

Upper management gutted me out without any prior notice and without any compensation. My manager's behavior was very unprofessional. Most of the time members of my team were slanged with racist slurs just because we belonged to NE state. When we complained no one took any notice. There is no job security as well as no poor work culture. Also manager are very arrogant specially Milind Gandhi and Deepak shinde . They both are still working at the age of retired and misbehaving with the team . Milind is like a short term memory loss person , asking same thing again and again daily .
