Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Pay is fixed and merely it increases after multiple requests. No promotion policy for outsourced employee. No social life. No employee grievances redressal available. High office politics. No any extra perks or benefits for outsourced employee. Sat-Sun off only for on-roll employees. Only Sunday off for off-role employees. Proper stratification made between on-roll & off-roll employees.
