Food in cafeteria always has worms and rats, cockroaches roam around. No hygiene maintained. 4. India got their independence 76 years back and left their slavery mindset in people. 5. No learning opportunities

The only thing I like about the company is the hybrid model of work.

The company culture is way too toxic. There is bias everywhere and you won’t be acknowledged for the work you do because you prefer not broadcasting it unlike others. They have a stereotype that only talking makes you look smarter no matter if what you are talking makes the least of the sense. There is no job security. Every quarter they stop new projects. And people who were working will be layed off. Since I joined half of the people were layed off.

Very few things I like about working here. 1. Food facility for all employees 2. Decent Night shift allowance for all.

Micro Management Offshore Management is very poor in taking decisions. Keep on changing the resources. Managers were fighting for the resources between them during banner separations.
