New/second generation Hubtown management is very good but looks likes they mislead by his oldies senior executive like VP and above post, in all dept (design Operation, account, HR} specially in projects & operation dept. (saying bcoz I am working in operation on site) Favorites shall be get more benifits whether it's Employee or Vendors. Some might be getting increment of 50% but some may not get even 5%. Two different vendors have different rates respective of same item and same project Request management to do the due diligence of your well established oldies in company. Perhaps company grow vertically by driving new efficient talent pool in the industry.. Last but least ,😔HR team, everyone knows & needless to say, such a incompetent dept.
