Some of the teams are very good and HODs are supportive.

Dislikes

The HR Team (payroll team) is pathetic especially the HoD Geeta Menon and Bagyshree. The banking team head DV Prabhu and the banking team is also pathetic in working. No culture, no process no system at all. And worst part is management supports these type of people.

Pathetic work culture in some teams especially in the HR Team due to lack of leadership qualities in the AVP of HR Ms. Geeta Menon. Abusive and toxic management of employees with no scope for growth and nothing new to learn. Hire and fire culture which is visible to the management but no action is taken against it. I hope the company realises that they are losing out on good employees because of some bad ones being ignored for their actions.
