It is one of the worst companies to work with. I will start with HR Team. HR HEAD (Geeta Menon) is an abusive & egoistic lady who abuses the staff in front of everyone. a lot of written complaints against her but management didn't take any action. Then comes PAYROLL Manager Mr Shishir Yadav, who is the 12th pass guy, he was an office boy in hubtown after covid he got promoted to assistant manager payroll. he doesn't know how payroll works. he will deduct your salary for no reason & says sorry will add in next month. Salaries are not on time because of funds & shishir, he never prepares payroll on time & makes a lot of mistakes. HR team will never provide an Experience letter, I have seen so many experience letters kept in one box instead of giving it to employees. Both Shishir & Geeta spy on Chairman, MD, & VP & Directors. Recently I came to know that one of the female employees filed a complaint of physical (*exual) harassment against one of their AVP who is 12th Pass. This place is not safe for women. appraisal never happens to regular employees, it happens majorly for women who give favour to HOD. True incident in front of me, a beautiful girl joined with ctc of 3.5 lakh, three years back but now her CTC is 18,00,000 lakh, she directly works with VP & she has a good relationship with geeta menon. New/second generation Hubtown management is very good but looks likes they mislead by his oldies senior executive like VP and above post, in all dept (design Operation, account, HR} specially in projects & operation dept. (saying bcoz I am working in operation on site) Favorites shall be get more benifits whether it's Employee or Vendors. Some might be getting increment of 50% but some may not get even 5%. Two different vendors have different rates respective of same item and same project Request management to do the due diligence of your well established oldies in company. Perhaps company grow vertically by driving new efficient talent pool in the industry.. Last but least ,😔HR team, everyone knows & needless to say, such a incompetent dept.
