Onsite opportunity is very high as compared to other companies doesn't matter even if you just joined as a fresher in Huawei. Huawei offers good learning opportunity especially if you are a freshers. If lucky enough then may also get chance to work on latest emerging technologies.

Work-Life Balance is a myth in Huawei. Good place to work until you are a bachelor. Sometimes people end up doing same thing for years.

i joined huawei as a fresh university graduate,started my career with them and i got the best training and development anyone could possible imagine , it the best place to start , wages should be your focus at that point because 2/3 years in huawei will prepare you to earn so much anywhere else as long as telecommunication is concerned .

Work/balance is terrible , career growth not so much for the locals and job security isn't guaranteed ,contract is renewed every other year (yet you are employed aa a "permanent" staff.
