The annual bonus if performed is exceptionally good. Also no much restrictions on working hours if working under the right team.

1. Hikes are not that appropriate 2. Huge difference is salary of same experienced person as lateral hired person gets tremendous hike as compare to existing employee. 3. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
