The industry was interesting, but the company ruined any potential it had.

Dislikes

Leadership constantly added responsibilities without providing additional support. The regional manager kept piling on tasks while refusing to hire more people, making workloads impossible to manage. Employees were running on fumes while leadership sat back and took credit for any success. It was infuriating to work so hard just to watch management pretend they did all the heavy lifting.
