The company is good open for carrier beginers first and right step to build up the carrier.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. No work pressure have to login after shift do OTs can earn little bit more my decent suggestion was please hike the salary up to 20% for every year.

The worst company I ever seen in my life, I didn't expect I would start my career with this company, totally there is no growth in this company, if you want to join in this company you will waste career I will give you guarantee, totally they will lie all even starts with the HR also. TL will no support you, ABM will neglecte the agents as they wish they will rub you like a soap to the body and every time they throw their mistakes on thier client they sweep there hands, they will cut your weekoffs and even if they want to hold your salary too if you raise your voice against them, they will only support to who those who are do work like sheep 🐑.
