the company owner arora -both husband and wife insults you everyday infront of all- i have seen 15 staff leaving every 3 days - people who joins her team leaves in 1-3 days - she wants to overtime on 1st day itself -she wants you to come on time but she says why to leave on time cant you stay and work 30mins extra daily

Director is too rude and keep insulting everyone in front of everyone. 10-15 people left after 1month of taking salary. Everyone who left from office is because of for rude behavior of director.

The dislikes are- 1. Too much micro management 2. God complex in owners and higher ups 3. They don't follow what they preach 4. They talk about development of other organisations but in their own company people are not happy and are not satisfied 5. Negative energy in the room, because of too much of micromanagement people don't like to go to office 6. Very high attrition rate- they don't know what to do with new employees and are just hiring even more. 7. There is no place to sit in the office and everything is congested 8. If you are new and on lower position no one will value you. You would be treated as shit and you opinions will no longer matter 9. They don't have any HR in their own office and every thing is micro managed. 10. They don't believe in work life balance and expect everyone to work 24/7. unprofessional and supercilious management and 4-5 old employees who are shoe lickers. apart from these 4-5 employees, who are incompetent in job market all others are just waiting to get another opportunity. Only currently unemployed people join here and management knows very well how to exploit them.
