They talk about development of other organisations but in their own company people are not happy and are not satisfied 5. Negative energy in the room, because of too much of micromanagement people don't like to go to office 6. Very high attrition rate- they don't know what to do with new employees and are just hiring even more. 7. There is no place to sit in the office and everything is congested 8. If you are new and on lower position no one will value you. You would be treated as shit and you opinions will no longer matter 9. They don't have any HR in their own office and every thing is micro managed. 10. They don't believe in work life balance and expect everyone to work 24/7.
