This company will make learnt by yourself you are not going to get training for any new skills so what ever you will learn by own efforts in the market. you will made self dependent more rather than expecting any support from your senior collegoues. You will be made self reliable because you cannot trust on any body's word even on the word's of MD.

Company doesn't have capability to judge right person for right Job or on perfect job role. Salary Date is not fixed you may get sometimes before 10th of month but most you need to wait till 15th and for few times you may have wait upto 20th also. Appraisals you may expect but just before 3 months end of financial year. You will be asked to travel very limited. if you are in sales and need support of BD team please do not expect. Bonus Amount is just negligble....Read More
