I have learnt alot regarding work process.

Dislikes

I worked at hp in Bangalore (bagmane tech park). They don't follow work life balance. My working hours was 11:30 am to 8:30 pm, but they asked me to work till 1 or 2 till mid night. If I deny to work over time, office people used to target me and pick up the errors and insult infront of all. They aren't bothered about our health, they will just ask you to finish the task whch hs been assigned to me. The manager he is the worst among all. If we go to him with our issues,rather solving an issue he ask us to leave the organisation😡. And colleagues are soo selfish. Hybrid working was onpy for on role employees and 3rd party employees has to come to an office all 5days. Manager and his on role employee's does a llot of partiality.
