Dislikes

Hostile environment, No trust, Bullies and threatens, Rude & Impolite, Mental Harassment, No work life balance, micro management, humiliation from manager. Lot of attrition in Talent Acquisition (Non tech) team due to this behaviour from the TA (Non-tech) head.

Nothing. When you hear ‘Hotstar’, One would think about how structured and process oriented the organisation/teams would be and how it would enhance one’s career. Well, it’s the totally opposite of that! There is politics, lack of respect and unnecessary pressure at all levels which leads to people quitting the organisation within 6-8 months (especially Talent Acquisition team). Disney Hotstar! A fairy tale to some. But this is fairy tale gone terribly wrong! Toxic team. Toxic work environment across the organisation not just within HR. the talent acquisition head should learn how to speak to her team members. There is no respect for team members.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. A very bad experience which is reflected by other employees and results in large scale attrition. Managers should learn to respect team members. Bullying and intimidation and veiled threats seems to be the norm - not expected from Disney Hotstar

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
