It is good for working because all staffs are friendly and i am extrovat. As a supervisor i am smart enough to handle any problem and i am very demandable to guest for my work. To the eyes of boss i am good becoz of my punctuality.I have learn tips for my work

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
