Compensation is decent, but growt is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 16-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls sometimes late in the night and late night running operations too. I do receive many mails from my clients. Also there is no on the job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometime....Read More
