Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.

Being a thorough professional and an experienced person,I like putting my 100% all the times.

Dislikes

After working tirelessly for 10-11hours daily (some staffs 12+hours) 7days a week,(without any off days) inspite of having 70+Staffs,the company doesn't pay any Provident Fund and ESIC benefits.During interview they promise everything but after joining they forget everything.If staffs leaves due to Toxic work Culture and unnecessarypressure from MD Sir,then they do not PAY pending Salaries also.If you ask,then they stay silent and never revert back.Work culture at Hotel Jyoti is very Traumatic and Poisonous.After working dedicatedly and tirelessly,when I thought to leave,as I couldn't digest any more Unnecessary, unrequired mental pressure from MD Sir,then they didn't pay my Salaries.This has happened with many staffs previously and now has happened with me also.Labour Laws are grossly violated here.I suggest not to work for such Companies....Read More
