Nothing is good in Horizontal.

Dislikes

Worst company, no one will help and respond. After multiple attempts, they will respond. Salary wont credit on time.

Association with Client directly, day to day activities we can connect to client , and to discuss the regular work and project scope to be in future. No rush to work , based on time spend to be calculated.

Dislikes

No One to interact employee from horizontal how the work and etc. Purely depend on employee work based pay off. No job security No Alternative project to employee , if employee is not satisfies the work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
