There are very politics in uttarakhand location. Management is very bad and behaviour is not good. After resign full and final not clear timely.

Dislikes

The workers are works hard but at last all credit goes to management.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
