The organization is like a family, work culture is quite satisfactory. I could learn many new concepts and polish my skills in my 2 years of work experience.

Dislikes

The organizational policies require some alterations. Salary incentives and allowances are not satisfactory.

My job experience was quite good. I struggled a bit in the beginning as I did not receive any formal training. I learnt everything on job. I got a chance to do multiple jobs and helped me gain knowledge in many spheres.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
