Culture slowly turning into BPO: No room given to learn, set unrealistic targets. Managers promote Bias which is even accepted here. When someone will feel bad- you never know. Site Finance Leaders are given " BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT" role & managers are not aware of ground realities. A simple column mismatch will be considered as "Escalation" & all your previous good work is wiped off. You are not allowed to disagree or not accept.
