Company is best in regards of policies. But on other hand we are not allowed to use all facilities we are entitled for. Facilities are restricted in the name of cost cuttings. Site travel is a horrible experience here. Specially if your site is in middle east region. Site will be compulsory regardless of your will.

If you want to work in Honeywell automation (I) Ltd. Then forget about your personal life or work life balance.

Working under Honeywell as a team is good & got awesome support from management. Technical & quality works are in standard maintenance.

Dislikes

Time management, work-life balancing is not good. Couldn’t able to spend time with family starting from 2018 projects. Differentiation for offrole & onrole employees. While giving deadlines to client need to discuss with site engineers or PM. That’s better for getting fame of company to see quality works.
