Expected Salary for PLC Programmer cum Service Engineer After 6 Months as Trainee

Hello everyone, I joined my company as a fresher and have been working for the past six months as an Engineering Trainee in industrial automation. We are an authorized channel partner of Mitsubishi Electric, handling Mitsubishi PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots for multiple clients in Bangalore. Currently, I earn ₹15,000 per month, and since my training is almost over, my manager has decided to give me a salary hike based on my performance. He will soon ask me about my expected salary, and I want to set a competitive figure. My new designation will be PLC Programmer cum Service Engineer, where I will handle PLC, HMI, and robot programming and servicing. I would like to know: 1. What should I ask for as a fair salary in an industrial automation company in Bangalore, considering my role and experience? 2. How much do competitors typically offer for someone with my skill set? 3. If I explore other opportunities, what salary range can I expect with six months of hands-on experience?
