There is lot of unnecessary work included in projects flow process. Management dont bother if any employee is staying late everyday to work. Payment is not up to the mark as compared to the amount of work is assigned. You have to work after office hours that too after reaching at home. Weekend time is also consumed partially for work. After doing hard work, showing performance as expected, management still questions your credebility during appraisal process. You have to be in good books to fetch fair increment otherwise you will hardly surpass the 10%....Read More
