If you are ready - to loose your personal life, detoriate your health, working late night after reaching at home, working on Saturday Sunday, working till 8:30pm on weekdays without any complaint, should be able to take blame though you have done the tasks correctly as your RM don't have guts to tell that he messed up all the things, despite of working like hell you will get just 5-10% hike whereas your RM will get promotion saying that your performance was not good. You need to be in good books of your RM and HoD. Otherwise you will land yourself in trouble on daily basis. Whatever you do, they will prove that you have done it wrong. Only they know project management and you need to follow only their principles. The knowledge you have gained till date before joining Wipro PARI is waste. Below statement is for build department only. Work life balance is terrible , and there is working for whole week no sat sun off is given , no over time is provided because of this they tell u do work after working hr too . To much pressure is created . No increment is given as per work . To much politice . After you join they will not provide anything previously giving so much promises after join they will give no facilities they promised to give. From my opinion one of the worst management ever. Don't join Wipro Pari after 2-3 months they layoff employees whenever they need employees they hire after that they layoff.

Terrible politics, more favourisam towards friends and relatives, your work credit will be transfered to some other person who is most favorable to seniors, very low clarity in job profile, non motivational environment, very less opportunities, It's not Wipro culture It's PARI culture.
