Career growth is almost negligible , compensation and travel allowances are very poor , work culture has detoriated a lot and its work culture is just like any other indian company , i have worked for this company for 4 years and not satisfied. Plus no perks are given to employees , company is good for senior level employees.

Th best part of being in HMSI is that you get the best compensations in the industry & also good appraisal from time to time. Job security is also very good

The culture is not that good, you wont have any work life balance if you are in Field Service or sales. Appreciation for your work is a myth, growth wise you can se your pay grow faster than your rank in the company.
