Design team was helpful. You get to interact with people having different experience and expertise. Salary is good.

Target oriented job. Company had hired initially stating that its a quarterly target. However, within one month they changed it to monthly target. They pay you well but pressurise a-lot to achieve targets and if you fail to do so even for a month they will put you in refresher program. Thus, there is no job security there. A lot of leave policies are there but when you actually want to take leave, managers will always give reason and cancel your leaves. No work life balance left. As you are workings here in Design team you are performing individually. If you are delivering the project as per timeline nobody will bothered about your working style. You can take breaks as per your requirement ( If there are no client meetings).

Taking number of approvals form different stakeholders is really painfull. End of the day if there is any delay in the project everyone will blame designer, doesn't matter if it's your fault or not. You have to fight to take your monthly leaves. Even if you are on leave people will disturb you by calling you after office hours. Nobody will appreciate if you are helping others and the office politics is cherry on the top. Higher authority will put you under the bus if there is any escalations from client and make you feel guilty....Read More
