HomeLane work culture was very nice, healthy and flexible. If you are joining HomeLane then you don't need to think anything about your work because they don't have anything challanging for you. It will be a peaceful place where you can spend a lot of time without any work pressure.

Dislikes

While working with HomeLane, I figured out that there is no technically sound persons who have any experience on big softwares or technology. All the persons in leadership team are non tech persons, so if you are going to join as a developer or any kind of tech role, then it will be not a good place for you.

Work culture very bad. Always forced by your manager to do work on your leave day's. Your manger will raised debite against you without your confirmation then your salary will deducted. After all out 5/5 performance they will realise that you are nothing , you didn't nothing . And i internal politics is very bad. They will never promote you after your good performance.very bad for designer ,sales, operations team . The first round went just okay, mostly because the interviewer didn’t seem interested or prepared. Afterward, I was told there’d be a second round, but no details were provided about who it would be with. Eventually, they informed me that the next round was with a business manager. On the day of the second interview, the business manager arrived 15 minutes late and asked the usual “Why should I hire you?” questions.
