HomeLane work culture was very nice, healthy and flexible. If you are joining HomeLane then you don't need to think anything about your work because they don't have anything challanging for you. It will be a peaceful place where you can spend a lot of time without any work pressure.
While working with HomeLane, I figured out that there is no technically sound persons who have any experience on big softwares or technology. All the persons in leadership team are non tech persons, so if you are going to join as a developer or any kind of tech role, then it will be not a good place for you.

My colleague are good but the upper management is way worse than anything .
They will think you are a machine , you only have to take on meeting do other stuff of your project at your home . No timeline for your work not all Tuesday are off as they say. Afterward, I was told there’d be a second round, but no details were provided about who it would be with. Eventually, they informed me that the next round was with a business manager. On the day of the second interview, the business manager arrived 15 minutes late and asked the usual “Why should I hire you?” questions.
