Superb Incentive structure and Recognition with Extraordinary product lik Mack Book. Work culture is very good friendly. If you are able to perform you can grow designation wise and responsibilities wise.

Likes

Got a great team but zero appreciation from the higher management on an city level even after one works quite hard . There is no work life balance and they underpay many people in the company but the least they can do is appreciate people's effort and time.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

They really should work on appreciating their employee who don't have any work life balance at all . Higher management on an city level only minds what type of business is happening but they forget to appreciate the people who work so hard. Constructive criticism will be appreciated rather than outright being rude to the subordinates.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
