Honestly speaking, nothing to like about this company

Dislikes

Extremely pathetic, ignorant and lay back leadership, especially Homelane Noida. Delivery Manager, Sanam , hardly knows about any ground reality of projects. Please don't take full payment from client and disappear from the picture by placing a PM in centre. PM is here just for the name sake. No one reports to PM but PM is answerable to everyone and for everything. He is expected to be present at 20 places at a single time, no helping hand is available. Please change the organisation structure to Stong Matrix. Currently it is a Weak Matrix, where PM hardly has any authority and is literally placed just to eyewash the customers....Read More
