Design team was helpful. You get to interact with people having different experience and expertise. Salary is good.

Dislikes

Target oriented job. Company had hired initially stating that its a quarterly target. However, within one month they changed it to monthly target. They pay you well but pressurise a-lot to achieve targets and if you fail to do so even for a month they will put you in refresher program. Thus, there is no job security there</mark>. A lot of leave policies are there but when you actually want to take leave, managers will always give reason and cancel your leaves. No work life balance left. Mangers expect you to work even after your official working times are over....Read More
