They dont care about old employee and they always looking for new ones and that's why hiring is always open they have block all old emplyess id's of work due to bouncing e m i rather than letting them help in to the matter resolve they remove the employee

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
