Work culture is terrible. Most new joinees join with hope that they will experience international work culture. However it is worst than an indian company. Favoritism is common. Hire and fire policy is common, as most new joinees are asked to put papers in first year itself. After working there it is even difficult to work in dubai as they make sure you do not get any job via their influence or they will share poor feedback about you. Many such stories are common here. Most hires come from relatives of big people of different formats. And to make space for them old people are forced to resign. These people will influential relatives within landmark are then given special treatment....Read More
