Timeing not good everyday 11 hours duty as per company norms 9 hours duty including Lunch break and Tea break. Bt Home centre BC store not following company policy. Manager also talking very rudely with bad behaviour.

Team mates are usually not having any professional degree, their give priority in focussing more over the process less over people, job security is not bad as people are only following process with low salary, appraisals are poor, they only provide travelling in case of when someone visit to work for the new store opening , transfered promotion, Politics is everywhere but ye they try to maintain fairness on paper otherwise girls are given undue advantage however girls are very few in number in regards to promotion, learning depends on the individual and how one usesthe learnings to get the growth is all depends, innovation is not encouraged here as people are only expected to adhere to the process, work life balance is poor as at times you are not even allowed to take week of due to work pressure....Read More
