Job security is good. co-staff are good.

Dislikes

Work environment is not good. encouragement for skill development is poor from management. Salaries are irregular, no proper organisational policies. Increments will be given after 4-5 years.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
