The job is quite better. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

The company has very good fundamental.but the management is from udisha and they only supports udisha people. Your won't get promoted here even if you will work hard . And with very less salary how much time you will work. Try here if you want some experience.

Dislikes

Less salary. Uncultured senior. No food .no Lunch time.
