It's very bad, and it's very dad behaviour your all Hitachi higher leave people. In the newly joining boy

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary not growth but career also not growth is very slow.on the job training is not give to new joinees.All my senior managers and also my reporting manager is not good and talking style very very badly. And also my TL it's amazing
