No proper management, No proper hierarchy, no work life balance. They will made you work for 14-16 hours, Even freshers are make to work like 16 hours. No new technologies used. HR will not listen to you, they will say like this is not in my hands. My advice is do not join the company. Originally company is prizm payment services, later acquired by Hitachi, do not fall for name. Your superiors will put too much pressure on you as there is no hierarchy in this company. Fresher software engineer is reporting to VP for project. Frehsers are made to attend the meeting for project where vp level memers are present and they will do blame game on freshers for delay in project release. Code developed by developer is not tested as there is no testing team present. Code developed by fresher developer will directly deployed to production and when a issue if found on production then they will blame you and made you to solve the issue and make you to sit over night. My strong suggestion is do not join the company....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
