One is surely going to get a better compensation among all the payment processor companies in India, exposure to working with offshore clients and with the biggest PSU bank in India (SBI) as they have a JV with SBI Bank (SBI PSPL)

Dislikes

Too much greed I think they want to become a payment processor for all the banks i believe even though the workforce is just enough for catering to only SBI. Management is not good basically and they haven't been able to make a smooth and seamless addition to their ATM switch processor stack and the team cannot handle the card & digital portfolio well, Hitachi (HPY) has 30+ companies in India, in most of these companies the attrition rate are very high, esp in HPY Payment services and my HPY microclinic, the working culture isn't good....Read More

Work culture and management after office work till late night also at early morning neighter they give over time fees. The overall review of the company is very bad I personally like.

Job location very far off Day night-24/7- cycle of job is never ending MGMT only wanting there part to grow downlevel will remain analyst only whole lifetime. No work life balance. MGMT does not know to talk to down level. Skill wise zero and no improvement in development of own and others. Sundays also people do work like donkeys without any overtime paid. Escalation day and night and all time management asks to people employed what have you done on whole day after giving them thousands emails and calls with lot more of other hectic tasks and day night rigorous calling of franchise master franchisee and managers and people here do not listen just shout and doesn't want to work with process but with fear and insecurity that will escalate to mgmt if task not done. Pathetic and worst days if someone not got a job be confident to beg instead of going to work in this worst organization. Almost Negligible increments. No bonus, no gifts or appreciation on festivals. There is no culture to motivate employees through team activites, dinner, party and all. Poor infrastructure.
