Job location very far off Day night-24/7- cycle of job is never ending MGMT only wanting there part to grow downlevel will remain analyst only whole lifetime. No work life balance. MGMT does not know to talk to down level. Skill wise zero and no improvement in development of own and others. Sundays also people do work like donkeys without any overtime paid. Escalation day and night and all time management asks to people employed what have you done on whole day after giving them thousands emails and calls with lot more of other hectic tasks and day night rigorous calling of franchise master franchisee and managers and people here do not listen just shout and doesn't want to work with process but with fear and insecurity that will escalate to mgmt if task not done. Pathetic and worst days if someone not got a job be confident to beg instead of going to work in this worst organization.
