MGRM is a company that has many verticals across various domains. It works in many lines of business with a clear roadmap. I loved the environment of this company. The company provides good training to its employees during induction process. I find it enthusiastic to work with the company since it was my first job. Also the work environment is very good. Its the best place to work in a professional atmosphere. Personally I have deep gratitude to my Manager and Lead and the company to give me this opprtunity. Very supportive team and team lead. There is no negative competition and stepping on the other's back. Everyone helps and supports each other. If you are unable to complete some task as per the timelines, your team mates help you with the same.

Sometimes last minute client escalations lead to delivering the solution under pressure.

It was very easy for me to gel in the company, the team and seniors are very supportive. Got to work with both government and international projects. There were challenging technical requirements and learnt new features and skills.

Dislikes

Unlike other companies no politics here. Very clean and positive working environment. I have heard that before COVID wfh option was not there.
