This is a Ruthless and incompetent organization under the garb of serving humanity and not for profit symbolism. They are a bunch of unprofessional who do not understand ethics, personally know a lot of professionals who have lost there careers because of them.

Apart from the timely salary everything else is on the negative side. You will not get a proper induction training even. Right from the beginning you will have a strange feeling something is fishy about this organization and they tend to keep everything very much hidden. Huge support related issues uptill the top most level.
