The most liked thing about this company is it's job security & the safety culture. even during the corona pandemic where all the other companies in Ahmedabad worked with full strength even corona cases rised rapidly, it only HHPE that was working with mostly work from home & with almost 50% staff. Except for few managers, almost all the managers are supportive.

Dislikes

Most disliked thing about this company is it's low growth & its misleading salary structure. the package they offer during the interview & what you get after a month is very different. For the past 3 years the average raise in salary is only about 3-5%. With salary decrease throughout the entire organization for the year of 2020-21.All of this happened due to management's poor decisions and lack of technological prowess in the product. Don't get so hyped and get mislead by its MNC tag. its just a tag. by core its very well a gujarti businessman like company. there is nothing in the company which feels like an MNC (pay not even near to what other MNC are offering)...Read More

I have joined Hitachi hirel 2 times (June'19-Jan'21) And (Nov'22 - Mar'24) My first inning was wonderful, my boss was very supportive.

Dislikes

After COVID all the control was in Indian team. And it becomes terrible. They are not following the Japanese culture in Japani Company. My 2nd inning was good, after Sep 23 (When my boss left the organisation) it is worst company. Purchase department is Hell now because of Payal Gurjar and Sachin Borisa

Nothing. Under the garb of Japanese company it is actually a Family run business controlled by Gujarati Shah family. Has very bad work culture with extreme bureaucracy and lack of transparency
